What are credits?: Credits let you keep going after your daily or monthly allowance runs out: 1 credit for an extra question to your professor, 20 credits for an extra course. They never expire.
How do I pay?: From your account page, securely through Razorpay: UPI, cards or netbanking. Credits and Pro are added as soon as the payment goes through.
Does Pro renew automatically?: No. Pro is a 30-day pass; buy another one when you want more time. Unused credit packs can be refunded within 7 days.
Are the professors real people?: No. Each subject has an AI professor persona that teaches in a consistent style. AI can make mistakes, so double-check anything important.
