Terms of Service

1. Who we are and these terms

Krpex ("we", "us") is operated by Krpex. These terms apply when you use krpex.in and its learning features (the "service"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or use the service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms on your behalf.

3. Your account

• Give accurate details and keep your password and sign-in methods secure.
• You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect misuse.
• One person per account. Don't share, sell or transfer your account.
• You can delete your account at any time from Account → Settings.

4. AI-generated content

• Courses, lessons, quizzes and professor answers are generated by AI models. The "professors" are AI personas, not real people, and have no real-world credentials.
• AI content can be incomplete, outdated or wrong. Check important facts, and don't rely on the service for medical, legal, financial or safety-critical decisions.
• Completing lessons or quizzes on Krpex is not an accredited qualification unless we clearly say so.

5. Fair use and limits

Plans include daily and monthly allowances (for example, the Free plan includes 5 questions to your professors a day and 2 new courses a month). You agree not to:

• get around limits, for example with multiple accounts, scripts or by calling our APIs directly;
• scrape, copy or resell the service or its content at scale;
• use the service to create harmful, illegal, hateful or sexual content, or to harass anyone;
• try to break, overload or probe the security of the service;
• use the service to cheat in exams or graded work where that isn't allowed.

We may refuse requests that break these rules and may suspend accounts that misuse the service.

6. Plans, credits and payments

• Some features need a paid plan or credits. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees on the pricing page and at checkout, inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Credits are used after your free allowance: 1 credit per extra question and 20 credits per extra course. Credits have no cash value, can't be transferred, and are lost if you delete your account.
• Pro is sold as a 30-day pass. It doesn't renew automatically; buying another pass adds 30 days.
• Payments are processed by our payment partner (Razorpay). We don't store your card or bank details.
• We may change prices with notice; changes apply from your next purchase or renewal.
• Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Your content and ours

• You keep ownership of what you submit (your goals, background, questions and any material you upload). You let us use it to run and improve the service for you, including sending it to our AI providers to generate your content.
• Material you upload (notes, documents, pasted text) must be yours or something you have the right to use for your own study. Don't upload material that infringes someone else's copyright, or that contains other people's personal information without their permission. We keep only the extracted text, use it to teach you, and show it to no one else. We may remove material that breaks these terms.
• You may use the lessons generated for you for your own learning. The Krpex name, design, software and catalog content belong to us.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running but don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may change, add or remove features. If we make important changes to these terms we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, tell you in the app.

9. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law. If we close your account without a breach on your part, we'll refund unused paid credits.

10. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law that can't be limited.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

12. Contact and grievances

Questions or complaints about the service can be sent to our Grievance Officer at the email below. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days.
